Elvina is a seasoned impact investment professional with over 15 years of professional experience in Europe, Central Asia and Balkans. Elvina joined Belgian impact investment company Incofin IM in 2016 and is currently responsible for company’s debt FI portfolio development in Eastern Europe and Central Asia in the role of the Regional Debt Director. Prior to Incofin, Elvina held different roles in European funding and project management, audit and risk management. She has two Master degrees and is certified expert in Microfinance and ESG Investing.
